The flag mount is made of 2x6 lumber, 2 shelf brackets, pipe mount and a piece of 1 inch threaded pipe. Cut down the pipe to sit just below the tonneau cover. After it was tested and found it would hold the 3*5 foot flag at hi-way plus speeds, it was sprayed with ARMA spray liner to match the bed. Tie down strap hold it place.

The flag pole 3/4 inch pipe. The pole slides down in to the 1 inch pipe and stays put.

A hole is cut in to the tonneau cover for the flag pole. Plastic pieces that are used on a computer desk to run wires though is to secure the hole. J/B Weld holds the assembly together.

When the flag is not used a cover is used in the hole to keep it weather tight.
